Prasad, IAS.,( Retd) Revenue Member has submitted medical bills for an amount of Rs. 17, 105./- incurred for treatment of self and spouse during 30-04-2011 to 3-7-2011 for “Hypertention” at Government Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2rdnd read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has stated that the medical bills of Sri M.V.S. Prasad, IAS.,( Retd) Revenue Member, Special Court under A.P.L.G (P) Act , towards treatment of self and spouse have been scrutinized, and indicated the following admissible amount:- Total Amount Claimed Rs. 17,105 = 00 Inadmissible Amount Rs. 150 =00 __________ Gross Admissible amount Rs.16,955= 00 Net Admissible Amount Rs. 16,955=00 (PTO)//2// 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.16,955/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand nine and fifty five only) to Sri M.V.S. Prasad, IAS.,( Retd) Revenue Member to Special Court under A.P.L.G (P) Act, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for treatment of self and spouse during 30 -4-2011to 3-7-2011 for “Hypertention” at Government Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account. The original medical bills received through the reference 1st read above are returned herewith. 5. The Registrar, Special Court under A.P.L.G (P) Act, Hyderabad, shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri M.V.S. Prasad, IAS.,( Retd) Revenue Member to Special Court under A.P.L.G (P) Act , Hyderabad. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department.
