ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of
Agriculture, Hyderabad in the letter read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal, hereby sanction Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) for
study purpose to Sri K. Venkateswara Rao, Agriculture Extension Officer,
Chandarlapadu, O/o. Assistant Director of Agriculture®, Nandigama, Krishna
District for a period of thirty (30) months from the date of relieving for
completion of his B.Sc(Ag.) from the 2nd year onwards at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar
University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh at his own cost, in relaxation of Rule 23(a)(ii)
of A.P. Leave Rules, subject to execution of bond obtained by the competent
authority, by extending the period of probation during the above period.
2. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action in the matter.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department
vide their U.O. No.2104/56/FR.I/2012, dated 13.02.2012.
