S/Sri 1. Chidraveni Parsharamulu, S/o.Narayana, R/o.Pallimaktha; 2. Nayini Prabhaker Reddy, S/o.Narsaiah, R/o.Pallimaktha; and 3. Nandagiri Mallaiah, S/o.Ramulu, R/o.Pallimaktha 2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to direct the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar District to instruct the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) against the accused mentioned in para (1) above, in Cr.No.03/2010 of Konaraopet Police Station, under section 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble.Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Sircilla vide CC No.215/2010, under intimation to the Government.
