A & C) Department dated: 03.03.2012. -O0O- ORDER: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read above, has requested to release an amount of Rs.94,86,86,280/- (Rupees Ninety four Crores eighty six lakhs eighty six thousand two hundred and eighty only) payable to the Agriculture Insurance Company, Hyderabad under Normal State Plan in relaxation of Treasury Control order as additional Budget towards state Share of upfront premium subsidy for Kharif 2011 season. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Exp.A&C) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.94,86,86,280/- (Rupees Ninety Four Crores Eighty Six Lakhs Eighty Six thousand Two hundred and Eighty only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by obtaining the Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2011 – 12 towards State Share of upfront premium subsidy for WBCIS and MNAIS being implemented during Kharif 2011 season, under the Heads of Accounts mentioned therein. 3. Based on the above orders, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.94,86,86,280/- (Rupees Ninety Four Crores Eighty Six Lakhs Eighty Six thousand Two hundred and Eighty only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, payable to the Agriculture Insurance Company, Hyderabad in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by obtaining the Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2011 – 12 towards State Share of upfront premium subsidy for WBCIS and MNAIS being implemented during Kharif 2011 season, Under the head of account indicated in the said G.O. 2nd read above. 4.
