O R D E R:
In the G.O. first read above, Sri G.Krishna Murthy, IA & AS (Retired) was
appointed as Financial Advisor of the Health, Medical and Family Welfare
Department for a period of three years on a consolidated honorarium of
Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand only) per month under APHSRP. The period of three
years expired on 02.11.2009. In the G.O’s. second to fourth read above, the
contract period was extended up to 01.11.2011. The need of extending the
contract is examined by Government and decided to extend the contract period for
two more years and to enhance the remuneration from Rs.40,000/- to Rs.50,000/-.
2. Accordingly, the Government hereby order to extend the services of Sri G.
Krishna Murthy, IA&AS (Retd.) as Financial Advisor on contract basis for two years
from 02-11-2011 to 01-11-2013 at an enhanced remuneration of Rs.50,000/- per
month, subject to entering into fresh agreement with the individual. The other
terms and conditions are as per the G.O. first read above.
3. The expenditure towards consolidated honorarium and other items of
expenditure shall be met from the Grant-in-Aid towards APHSRP under DFID
project/programme.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No.855/A1/SMPC.II/11, dated 26.12.2011.
