Sasi Kumar, Junior Inspector, O/o the District Cooperative Office , Kadapa was deputed to hand over the objections to the Additional Registrar(Services) O/o the CC&RCS, A.P., Hyderabad, received on the Memo. Rc. No.7618/2009/SS/ARs/Z-IV Dt. 20.02.2010 of the Additional Registrar (Services) O/o the CC&RCS, A.P., Hyderabad. The individual proceeded to Hyderabad on 02.04.2010 and handed over the objections on 03.04.2010 in the Head office duly obtaining the acknowledgement. While he coming beck from Hyderabad on 05-04-2010 night, the RTC Bus in which Sri M.V.S.Sasi Kumar, Junior Inspector was travelling, has met with an accident near Nandyal Town. On the accident the individual Extra Capsular Fracture and neck of Right Femur was fractured and other injuries also happened. The individual was admitted in hospital. The Sirevella Police visited him in the hospital and registered the case. On doctors suggestions the individual applied for medical leave from 06.04.2010 to 30.06.2010 for recovery of his injuries. After completion of the leave he joined to duty on 01.07.2010. 2. In the circumstances, the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P, Hyderabad has forwarded the representation of Sri M.V.S. Sasi Kumar, Junior Inspector working in the O/o the District Cooperative Officer, Kadapa for sanction of Special Disability Leave for the period from 06.04.2010 to 30.06.2010 in view of FR 83-A and G.O.Ms.No.133 Fin & Plg Dt.10.06.1981. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby sanction of Special Disability Leave for the period from 06-04-2010 to 30-06-2010 to Sri M.V.S.Sasi Kumar, Junior Inspector working in the O/o the District Cooperative Officer, Kadapa who has met with an accident while he was traveling to Hyderabad on official duty. 4. The Commissioner of Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5.
