From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad Letter No.25997/E6.D/2011, dated.02-08-2011. <<<<>>>> O R D E R: In the letter 2nd read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that, Dr.G.Anand Babu, Civil Assistant Surgeon on deputation to Aarogyasri Health Care Trust as Dy.E.O. was relieved of his duties at Aarogyasri Health Care Trust at his request, and Dr.G.Anand Babu, Civil Assistant Surgeon has requested for posting at UPH Azampura, Hyderabad on spouse grounds, as his wife is working as Staff Nurse at Area Hospital, Malakpet and requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter. 2. Government after examination, hereby post Dr.G.Anand Babu, Civil Assistant Surgeon (repatriated from Aarogyasri Health Care Trust to Director of Public Health & Family Welfare and waiting for posting) at UHP Azampura, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. 3. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. 4.
