Read the following : 1. From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.FM (1) 32/11, dated : 16/07/2011 & 19/08/2011 and 23/01/12 . 2. From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.FM (1) 32/11, dated : 29/09/2011& , 13/01/2012. 3. G.O.Rt.No.799, Fin. (Exp. A & C) Department, dated: 07.03.2012. -oOo- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read above, has requested to release an amount of Rs.21.50 Crores (Rs.10.00 crores as quarterly relaxation and Rs.11.50 crores as treasury control orders as additionality) for successful implementation of Farm Mechanization scheme under Normal State Plan. 2. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above, has requested to release an amount of Rs.10.00 Crores for the 3rd & 4th Quarter Budget under Normal State Plan during 2011 – 12. 3. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Department, in the reference 3rd read above, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only ) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, for 3rd & 4th quarter of the B.E. Provision 2011-12 under State Plan under the Heads of Account mentioned therein. 4. Based on the above orders, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only ) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, for 3rd & 4th quarter of the B.E. Provision 2011-12 under State Plan under the Heads of Account indicated in the said G.O 3rd read above. 5. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter. (P.T.O)//2// 6.
