3) Bills received from P.S. to Prl.Secy (AM&C), BSNL Invoice No.
736021297, Dated: 04-03-2012 received on 13-03-2012..

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,050/- (Rupees One thousand and
fifty only) to “A.O. (CMTS), BSNL.” towards Cellular telephone charges, Cellular Phone
No.9494369595 for the month of February, 2012 for the official use of Principal Secretary
to Government (AM&C), Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to 3451 – Secretariat Economic
Services- 090 – Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department - 130 –
Office Expenses - 131 – Service Postage, Telegrams and Telephone charges.
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department are requested to draw
and credit for an amount of Rs.1,050/- in favour of M/s Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited,
Hyderabad Account No.CBCA01000034, Corporation Bank, HYDERGUDA BRANCH,
HYDERABAD, IFSC code CORP0000276, MICR code 500017004.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
force.
