In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and
Registrar Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter read
above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby exempt
the East Godavari District Revenue Non Gazetted Employees Cooperative
Society Limited, Kakinada (U/L) from the Provisions U/s. 69-A by virtue of
powers vested in Government Under Section 123 of the APCS Act , 1964, and
extend the period of Liquidation for a period of 6 months i.e. from 4.2.2011 to
3.8.2011.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative
Societies, A.P. Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the
matter.
