ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for
Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabad in
his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the
matter hereby extend the term of the present Person-In-Charge of the
Narasapuram Co-op. Urban Society Limited, No. W.G.116, Narasapuram
for a further period of 6 months from 15-10-2011 to 14-4-2012 under
Section 32(7)(a) of APCS Act, 1964 or till the elections are conducted and
elected body assumes charge, whichever is earlier.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative
Societies, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the
matter.
