A & C) Department, dated:09/03/2012. -oOo- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, vide reference 1st read above, has requested to issue BRO and Administrative approval for an amount of Rs. 2704.22 lakhs (Rs.2433.80 lakhs Central Share + Rs.270.42 lakhs State Share) duly considering the re – appropriation orders for Rs.153.97 lakhs for implementation of Macro Management of Agriculture Scheme during 2011 – 12. 2. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Department, in the reference 2nd read above, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.26,65,81,000/- (Rupees Twenty six Crores Sixty five lakhs Eighty One Thousand only) (i.e., Rs.24,33,80,000/- under CSS + Rs.2,32,01,000/- under MSS) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, of the B.E. Provision 2011-12, under Plan under the Heads of Account mentioned therein . 3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.26,65,81,000/- (Rupees Twenty six Crores Sixty five lakhs Eighty One Thousand only) (i.e., Rs.24,33,80,000/- under CSS + Rs.2,32,01,000/- under MSS) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, released in the reference 2nd read above under Plan under the head of account mentioned therein. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter. 5.
