O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Commercial
Taxes, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government, after careful
examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of
Commercial Taxes, Hyderabad to engage M/s Centre for Good Governance for
maintenance support of VATIS application for a period of one year from
1.04.2011 to 31.3.2012 at an annual cost of Rs.9,36,000/- under the Head of
Account 2040-001-SH(01) -130/132 other office expenses during the Financial
year 2011-12.
2. The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, A.P., and Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Expr. Revenue)
Department, vide their U.O.No. 29767/474/A2/Exp.Rev/2011, Date:19.12.2011
