From the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.246/2008/PC-2, dated 06.02.2012. &&& ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby extend the term of the Person-in- Charge Committee of Kanumuru PACS, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District, under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act, 1964 for a period of (6) months i.e. from 10.01.2012 to 09.07.2012 or till the elections are conducted and newly elected Managing Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier. 2.
