From the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.18554/2009/PC-2, dated 06.02.2012. &&& ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby extend the term of the Person-in- Charge Committee of Barrenkula PACS, Nagayalanka Mandal, Krishna District for a period of (1) year i.e. from 20.08.2011 to 19.08.2012 or till the elections are conducted and newly elected Managing Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act, 1964. 2.
