Lr of DM&HO, Kadapa Lr.No.298/C3/2011, dated 21.12.2011 $$$ O R D E R : In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare to fill up two hundred and thirty (230) vacancies of Lab Technician Gr.II and Ninety Six (96) vacancies of Pharmacist Gr.II on contract basis initially for a period of one year in the Districts other than the tribal areas. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare has requested for further continuation of contract period for one year w.e.f. 09/2010 to 09/2011 for (31) Lab Technicians Gr.II in respect of those who are working under the control of District Medical and Health Officer, Kadapa in terms of G.O. 1st read above. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby permit the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad for further continuation of contract period for one year w.e.f 09/2010 to 09/2011 for thirty one (31) posts of Lab Tech., Gr.II in respect of those who are working under the control of District Medical and Health Officer, Kadapa. 4. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad / District Medical and Health Officer, Kadapa shall take necessary further action in the matter. She is further directed to collect and compile and furnish the details of all staff employed on contract and through outsourcing entities whose approval for continuation has either expired or is likely to end in February/March, 2012 on or before 15.2.2012 so a as to send the same to Finance (SMPC) Department. 5. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department, vide their U.O.No.01040/024/A1/SMPC.II/2012, dated 28.01.20012.
