2011 to January 2012- Expenditure – Sanctioned.

Bills received from M/s Aqua Pearl Marketing, Domalguda, Hyderabad

ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accord for the payment of Rs.4,080/- (Rupees four thousand
and eighty only) by Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh
Secretariat towards the cost of the Aqua Water supply to the Peshies of Spl. Chief
Secretary and Prl Secretary to Government during the months from October 2011 to
January 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2251 –
Secretariat Social Services – (090) – Secretariat – (06) – Health, Medical and Family
Welfare Department – (130) – Office Expenses – (132) – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP-Claims) Department are requested
reimburse and credit the amount of Rs.4,080/- (Rupees four thousand and eighty only) to
A/c No.860120110000171, IFSC No.BKID 0008601, Bank of India, Basheer Bagh,
Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
