From Sri S.Harischander, former Sub Registrar, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District (now retired), WSD dated 30.11.2011. * * * * * ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held Sri S.Harishchander, Sub-Registrar (Retired) and Sri Saheb Pasha, Senior Assistant (Retired); 2. Whereas, it is considered that an Inquiring Authority and Presenting Officer should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said Charged Officers. 3. Now, therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 20 of the said rules, hereby appoints the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy (East) as the Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against both the said Charged Officers and also while exercising the powers conferred under Clause (C) of Sub Rule (5) of Rule 20 of the said rules, Government hereby appoints the Sub-Registrar, Hayathnagar as the Presenting Officer to present the case to the Inquiring Authority. 4. Copies of the references 2nd to 4th cited are enclosed herewith. Sri Saheb Pasha, Senior Assistant (Retired) has not submitted his Written Statement of Defence to his charge. 5. The Inquiring Authority shall complete the enquiry within 45 days duly following the procedure under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 read with Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 and submit his enquiry report to Government (in duplicate) within the stipulated time on a continuous sitting basis without break.
