U.O.Note.No.23/COI-R/2012, G A (COI-.R) Dept, dt. 04-02-2012. * * * * * ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, orders have been issued appointing Dr Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to conduct regular inquiry into the articles of charge against Dr. K. Suresh Kumar, District Medical & Health Officer (Retd) and 5 others. In the reference third read above, Sri M. Vara Prasada Rao, Advocate has been appointed as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority before the Inquiring Authority. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the General Administration (COI-R) Department has informed that, Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011 and the case was reassigned to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries. 3. In view of the circumstances reported in the reference 4th read above and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (5) (b) of the Rule, 20 of A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules,1991, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charge framed against Dr. K. Suresh Kumar, District, Medical & Health Officer (Retd) and 5 others. 4. The Inquiring Authority is requested to conduct the enquiry as per A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and complete the enquiry within 2 months and submit his report to Government.
