Read the following.
1 .G.O. Ms No. 449 GA (OP.VII) Deptt.,dt 4-09-06.
2. News paper bills received from Dy. Secy. to Govt,(Mktg.),
dated: 02-03-2012 etc.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.1,000/-
(Rupees One thousand only) to Smt.R.Renuka Devi, Deputy Secretary to
Government (Mktg.), Agriculture and Cooperation Department, towards the cost of
Magazines and daily news papers for her use at her residence during the months
from November, 2011 to February, 2012 for four months.
2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic
Services –090- Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department – 130-
Office Expenses –132- Other Office Expenses”.
3 The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II) Department are requested to draw a
cheque for an amount of Rs. 1,000/- in favour of Smt.R.Renuka Devi, Deputy
Secretary to Government (Mktg.), Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as
per the orders in force.
