REVENUE (VIGILANCE.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 279 Dated:17-02-2012. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri S. Venkateswara Rao, former Commercial Tax Officer, South Circle, Vizianagaram (Retired) into the charge framed against him. 2. And whereas, the Government consider that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charge framed against the said Government Servant; 3. Now, therefore, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (2) of rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri K. Ravi Shankar, Deputy Commissioner, CT, Vizianagaram, as the Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charge framed against the said Government Servant. 4. The Inquiring Authority shall complete his enquiry within 3 months and submit his Report of Inquiry (in duplicate) together with his findings after completion of enquiry to this Department for taking further action thereon.
