Rs.2,283/- incurred by Sri K.Chennaiah, Office Subordinate (Retd),
Revenue Department towards treatment to his wife at Viswa Bharathi
Super Specialty Hospital, Kurnool – Sanctioned – Orders –Issued.

ORDER:-
Sri K.Chennaiah, Office Subordinate (Retd), Revenue Department in
the reference 2nd read above, has stated that he has incurred an amount
of Rs.2,483/- for his wife treatment at Viswa Bharathi Super Specialty
Hospital, Kurnool on 11-10-2011 and requested the Government to
reimburse the said amount to him. He has also furnished medical bills
along with other certificates.
2. The Civil Surgeon specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat,
Hyderabad who has been requested to scrutinize the medical bills of the
individual vide reference 3rd read above has informed that, the medical
bills have been scrutinized and the net admissible amount for
reimbursement is Rs.2,283/- vide reference 4th read above.
3. Accordingly, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.2,283/-
(Rupees two thousand two hundred and eighty three only) to
Sri K.Chennaiah, Office Subordinate (Retired), Revenue Department
towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for
treatment to his wife at Viswa Bharathi Super Specialty Hospital, Kurnool
on 11-10-2011 as recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil
Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
“2052- Secretariat General Services -090- Secretariat -09- Revenue
Department – 010 – Salaries, 017-Medical Reimbursement”,
5. The Revenue (Claims) Department are requested to draw and
disburse the amount to the individual.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department
as per rules in force.
