From COS Lr.No. 4070/2010-B1-A Dated: 08.02.2012 --oOo-- O R D E R : In the disciplinary case, Government had initiated disciplinary proceedings by framing Article of Charge against Sri D.Jayaramappa, JDS (Retired) vide reference 2nd & 3rd read above. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of Sericulture, Hyderabad was requested to furnish the dated acknowledgement of the Charge served against Sri D.Jayaramappa, Joint Director of Sericulture (Retired) and also furnish the written statement of defence submitted by the Charged Officer to take further action in the matter. 3. The Commissioner of Sericulture, Hyderabad vide letter 5th read above, has requested the Government to re-examine the whole issue once again and to withdraw the disciplinary action initiated against Sri D.Jayaramappa, Joint Director of Sericulture (Retired). 4. Government after careful examination of the entire matter, have decided to accept the report dated 8.2.2012 of the Commissioner of Sericulture, Hyderabad and drop further action against Sri D.Jayaramappa, JDS (Retired) in the above disciplinary case. 5. As such, , Government hereby order to drop further action against Sri D.Jayaramappa, Joint Director of Sericulture, Ananthapur, (now retired) in the above disciplinary case. 6. The Commissioner of Sericulture, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
