Prabhakaram, Deputy Secretary to Government(Retd.,), Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department while enclosing original medical bills, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.86,963/- incurred towards treatment to self for “Grade-I, Haemorrhoids, HTN” at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad as in patient. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and recommended an amount of Rs.60,172/- as follows: Total amount claimed … Rs.86,963-00 In admissible amount … Rs.26,791-00 Admissible amount under consideration … Rs.60,172-00 --------------- Net admissible amount Rs.60,172-00 (Rupees Sixty thousand one hundred and seventy two only) 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.60,172/- (Rupees Sixty thousand one hundred and seventy two only) to Sri K. Prabhakaram, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.,), Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department towards treatment to self for “Grade-I, Haemorrhoids, HTN” at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, held from 09-12-2011 to 15-12-2011. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2251 Secretariat Social Services – M.H.-090 – Secretariat – SH (060) Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department 010-Salaries 017, Medical Reimbursement – Voted”. 5.
