Venkateswarlu, Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Kakinada, East Godavari District – Disciplinary proceedings – Charges framed – Explanation submitted - Appointment of Inquiring Authority under sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 – Orders – Issued REVENUE (VIG.V) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 286. Dated:17.02.2012. O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against the Government servant specified below into the charges framed against him on the allegation of acquisition of assets disproportionate to the known sources of his legal income: Sri Ch. Venkateswarlu, Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Kakinada, East Godavari District 2. And whereas, the Government consider that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said Government Servant. 3. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri Linga Raj Panigrahi, IAS., Member, Commissionerate of Inquiries as the Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the Accused Officer. 4. The Inquiring Authority shall complete his enquiry and submit his Report of Inquiry (in duplicate) together with his findings after completion of enquiry to this Department for taking further action thereon.
