dated 20-12-2011.

O R D E R:-
In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above and since
Dr.C.Padmaja was transferred and posted as Civil Surgeon Resident Medical
Officer at Chirala, Prakasam District vide G.O. 1st read above, the Government
hereby order that the Head Quarters of Dr.C.Padmaja shall be at Chirala,
Prakasam District and her suspension allowances shall be drawn from the post of
Civil Surgeon Resident Medical Officer, Chirala, Prakasam District.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P. Hyderabad and the
Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action accordingly.
