ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for
Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad in the reference read above and also in exercise of the powers
conferred under Section 123 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies
Act, 1964, Government hereby exempt the Antervedi Agnikulakshatriya
Field Labour Cooperative Society Ltd. No.B-797 Antervedipalem (U/L)
Sakhinetipalli Mandal, East Godavari Dist., from the provisions of Sec 69-A
of the APCS Act 1964 and extend the period of liquidation from 16.05.2010
to 31.12.2012.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative
Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action
accordingly.
