ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and
Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P. Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above
and also in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the
APCS Act, 1964, Government hereby extend the term of the present Person-in-
Charge Committee of Bhimavaram Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, Bhimavaram,
West Godavari District, by invoking the powers, under Section 123 of APCS Act,
1964 for a further period of one year i.e., from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 or till the
elections are conducted, and elected committee assumed charge which ever is
earlier.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies,
A.P. Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
