Control Officer, Dr.T.V.S.N.Sastry, Additional District Medical & Health Officer (Aids & Leprosy), Dr.T.V.Ramana Rao, Additional District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna (Retired) and Sri K.Durga Prasad, In-charge Administrative Officer, Krishna District. 2. And whereas, it is considered that an inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said Dr.B.Sasidhar Kumar, District T.B. Control Officer, Dr.T.V.S.N.Sastry, Additional District Medical & Health Officer (Aids & Leprosy), Dr.T.V.Ramana Rao, Additional District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna (Retired) and Sri K.Durga Prasad, In-charge Administrative Officer. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub/rule (2) of Rule-20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Regional Director of Medical & Health Services, Guntur as Enquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against Dr.B.Sasidhar Kumar, District T.B. Control Officer, Dr.T.V.S.N.Sastry, Additional District Medical & Health Officer (Aids & Leprosy), Dr.T.V.Ramana Rao, Additional District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna (Retired) and Sri K.Durga Prasad, In-charge Administrative Officer. 4. The Inquiry Officer is requested to conduct the inquiry as per Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 and complete the inquiry within (1) month and submit his report to Government. 5. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P. Hyderabad is requested to provide the required material such as charges, explanation of charged officer etc., to the Inquiry Officer.
