Rs.36,627/- incurred by Sri Y.Surender, Driver, Revenue Department
towards treatment to himself at Woodlands Hospital, Barkatpura,
Hyderabad – Sanctioned – Orders –Issued.

ORDER:-
Sri Y.Surender, Driver, Revenue Department in the reference 2nd
read above, has stated that he has incurred an amount of Rs.40,839/-
for treatment to himself at Woodlands Hospital, Barkatpura,
Hyderabad during the period from 04-08-2011 to 10-08-2011 and
requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. He
has also furnished medical bills along with other certificates.
2. The Civil Surgeon specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat,
Hyderabad who has been requested to scrutinize the medical bills of
the individual vide reference 3rd read above has informed that, the
medical bills have been scrutinized and the net admissible amount for
reimbursement is Rs.36,627/- vide reference 4th read above.
3. Accordingly, Government hereby sanction an amount of
Rs.36,627/- (Rupees thirty six thousand six hundred and twenty seven
only) to Sri Y.Surender, Driver, Revenue Department towards
reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for treatment
for Bi Malleloar fracture Lt ankle to himself at Woodlands Hospital,
Barkatpura, Hyderabad, during the period from 04-08-2011 to
10-08-2011 as recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil
Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
“2052- Secretariat General Services -090- Secretariat -09- Revenue
Department – 010 – Salaries, 017-Medical Reimbursement”.
5. The Revenue (Claims) Department are requested to draw and
disburse the amount to the individual.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per rules in force.
