3. Note from P.S. to Special Chief Secy. to Govt, (AM&Coop),
Dated: 15.03.2012.

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.665/-
(Rupees Six hundred and sixty five only) to P.S to Special Chief Secretary to Govt.,
(AM& Coop), towards recoupment of the expenditure of refreshments incurred and
served in the chambers of Special Chief Secretary to Govt., (AM& Coop), Agriculture
and Cooperation Department for the month of February, 2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services –090- Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department –
130- Office Expenses –132- Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw an
amount of Rs.665/- and disburse to P.S. to Special Chief Secretary to Government
(AM&Coop), Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
4. Certified that the vouchers have been cancelled and kept in office records.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per
the orders in force.
