Govt. Memo no,.53975/Ser.D/2000-3, G.A. (Ser.D)Dept., dt. 9.1.,2001. 3. G.O.M. No.15, Law, Dt.2.2.2011. 4. G.O.Ms.No.21, Law, dt. 21.2.2011. 5. G.O.Ms.No.55, Law, dated 18.5.2011. **** ORDER: In the representation first read above, Smt. V.Sunitha, S/Sri B.Ramanjaneyulu, M.Ram Mohan Rao, P Sreeramamurthy and Kum. B.Saravaswathi Devi, Assistant Secretaries to Government, Law Department have stated that five vacancies of Deputy Secretaries to Government will arise in the panel year 2010-11 and they are qualified and eligible to hold the said post except fulfillment of two years minimum service in the category of Assistant Secretary to Government and requested to consider their cases sympathetically and to promote them to the posts of Deputy Secretaries to Government in the ensuing vacancies on adhoc or temporary basis under rule 10 (a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 by following the instructions issued in Memo No. 53975/Ser.D/2000-3, G.A. (Ser. D) Dept., dated9/1/2001 after obtaining orders in circulation to that effect and also conducting D.P.C. 2. The services of all the above Assistant Secretaries to Government, Law Department were regularized in the referenrence 3rd read above and their probation was also declared in the references 4th and 5th read above. 3. In Memo. No. 53975/Ser.D/2000-3, G.A. (Ser. D) Dept., dated 9-1-2001, it was clarified that a person appointed or promoted on adhoc or temporary basis without fulfilling the required number of years of service in the feeder category, by invoking rule 10 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, may be allowed to count his service in higher category or class as the case may be to the extent of the period of duty performed by him in the latter service during which he would have held the post in the former service but for such appointment in the latter service and the probation of such individual so promoted or appointed may have to be commenced from the next date of such completion of the required period of service in the former service (in the lower feeder category). Contd..-2- 4 Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby decided to fill up the Posts of Deputy Secretaries to Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department on adhoc basis, with Smt. V.Sunitha, S/Sri. B.Ramanjaneyulu, M. Ram Mohan Rao and Kum.B.Saraswathi Devi by invoking rule 10 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 in terms of Memo. No. 53975/Ser.D/2000-3, G.A. (Ser. D) Dept., dated 9-1-2001 in view of exigencies of work, by placing the matter before the Screening Committee.
