Read the following:-
From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad,
Letter Rc.No.105749/E5.B/2010, dt.24-6-2011.

O R D E R:
In the letter read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has
informed that Dr.G.Dhanunjaya, Civil Surgeon Specialist, Community Health Centre,
Done, Kurnool district was kept in full additional charge to the post of District Malaria
Officer, Kurnool. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has sanctioned full
additional charge allowance for the period from 16-08-2010 to 15-11-2010 at 1/5th of his
pay for holding full additional charge to the post of District Malaria Officer, Kurnool.
The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has requested to sanction full additional
charge allowance to the above officer for the remaining period, from 15-11-2010 to
12-02-2011 @ at 1/10th of his pay.
2. Accordingly, under the provisions of FR-49, Government hereby accord sanction
for payment of additional charge pay to Dr.G.Dhanunjaya, Civil Surgeon Specialist,
Community Health Centre, Done, Kurnool district @ 1/10th of his pay for the remaining
period from 15-11-2010 to 12-02-2011 for having held full additional charge of the post of
District Malaria Officer, Kurnool.
3. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare shall draw and disburse the
allowance to the Officer.
