O R D E R: In the letter read above, the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad has reported that the Maha Sivarathri Festival, 2012 falling on 20- 02-2012 will be celebrated at Sri Trikoteswara Swamy Devasthanam, Kotappakonda Village, Guntur District as “STATE FESTIVAL” as per orders in G.O. Rt. No. 202, Rev (Endts.IV) Dept., Dt. 11-2-2010, and requested to sanction an amount of Rs.10,000/- towards expenditure for purchase of Pattu Vastrams to be presented to “Sri Swamy Varu” on behalf of Government of Andhra Pradesh and authorise a dignitary for presentation of Pattu Vasthrams to Sri Swamy varu at Sri Trikoteswara Swamy Devasthanam, Kotappakonda Village, Guntur District on 20.02.2012. 2. Government have examined the proposal carefully and hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) towards purchase of Pattu Vastrams to be presented to “Sri Swamy Varu” on behalf of Government of Andhra Pradesh and also depute Sri Kasu Venkata Krishna Reddy, Minister for Cooperation to present Pattu Vasthrams to “Swamy Varu” on the day of Maha Sivarathri at Sri Trikoteswara Swamy Devasthanam, Kotappakonda Village, Guntur District on 20.02.2012. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debited to the following Head of account: Major Head 2250 - Other Social Services Minor Head 101 - Donation for Charitable purpose Sub Head 05 - Revenue Department 340 - Other charges 341 - Other expenditure. 4. The Commissioner, Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
