Shobhan Babu, Assistant Section Officer, Agriculture and Cooperation Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred towards his wife’s treatment for “ Cellulites” , at Global Hospitals, Hyderabad during the period from 1-9-2011 to 3-9-2011. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--018-Secretariat-Agriculture and Cooperation Department--010-Salaries--017--Medical Reimbursement. 3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse an amount of Rs.30,783/- (Rupees thirty thousand seven hundred eighty three only) to the individual. 4.
