SC.F) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 311 Dated: 09.02.2012 Read : From the Registrar (Admn), High Court of A.P RoC No.2289/2011-B2, dt.19.12.2011. *** O R D E R: Under Rule 15-A read with Rule 15 (E) of the General Provident Fund (AP) Rules, Government hereby accord sanction to Sri P.Ramesh Babu, District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru, for part-final withdrawal of an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only), in one lumpsum from his General Provident Fund Account No. 14434/Judl. to meet the expenditure in connection with construction of Ground + First floors at his native place i.e. in Door.No.30-17-33 in T.S.No.159/2, Ward No.17, Varanasivari Street, Seetharampuram, Vijayawada, Krishna District. 2. Sri P.Ramesh Babu, District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru is directed to complete the construction of the house within six months from the date of withdrawal of amount. He is informed that if any time before retirement, he parts with the possession of the house, without obtaining the previous permission of the sanctioning authority, the sum withdrawn by him shall forthwith be repaid in one lumpsum. He is requested to submit an annual declaration form not later than 1st of December of every year to the effect that the house continues to be in his possession. 3.
