December, 2011 - Sanction of expenditure – Orders – Issued.

1) G.O.Ms.No.449, Genl. Admn. (OP.VII) Dept., dated
04/09/2006.
2) Bills from M/s.Raghavendra, Newspaper Agent, Hyderabad,
for the month of December, 2011.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.11,749/- (Rupees
Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Nine only) to M/s.Raghavendra,
Newspaper Agent, Hyderabad, towards the cost of newspapers, magazines and
periodicals supplied to the Central Secretariat Library, General Administration
Department, Hyderabad, during the month of December, 2011.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-
Secretariat General Services, 090-Secretariat, 040-General Administration
Department, 160-Publications.”
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and
credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to M/s.Raghavendra, Newspaper Agent,
Hyderabad, Overdraft A/c.No.30041210000271, Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh,
Hyderabad, IFCS Code SYNB0003004, MICR Code.500025011.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
rules in force.
