From the Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.D2/2634/2011, Dt.04.11.2011 $$$ O R D E R : In the letter second read above, the Director of Medical Education has requested the Government to issue administrative sanction orders for Rs.6,63,490/- (Rupees six lakhs sixty three thousands four hundred and ninety only) as requested by the Accountant General, A.P., Hyderabad towards payment of Life time arrears Service Pension claim for the period from 01.01.2004 to 31.01.2011 and the amount included arrears of relief from 01.07.2011 to 31.12.2003, prepared by the P.P.O., O/o the Joint Director, PPO., Hyderabad in respect of Smt. K.K. Soudamini, Staff Nurse (Retd.), Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad, holder of PPO.No.06-S-025591 as per provision of sub rules 86 (b), 87 (a), under TR -16 of the A.P.F.C, Vol.1 read with article 55 of the A.P. Financial Code -Vol.1, to the service pensioner. 2. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.6,63,490/- (Rupees six lakhs sixty three thousands four hundred and ninety only) for the period from 01.01.2004 to 31.01.2011 and the amount included arrears of relief from 01.07.2001 to 31.12.2003, towards Family Pension arrears claim in respect of Smt. K.K. Soudamini, Staff Nurse (Retd.), Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad, holder of PPO.No.06-S-025591 as per provision of sub rules 86 (b), 87 (a), under TR -16 of the A.P.F.C, Vol.1 read with article 55 of the APFC - Volume-I, to the service pensioner. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para two (2) above shall be debited under the following Head of Account:- “2701 – Pension and other retirement benefits. 01 – Civil MH-107 – Superannuation and retirement allowances 272 – Arrears of pension to the retired employees.” 4.
