1.G.O.Ms.No.449, G.A.(OP.VII) Dept., dt.4.9.2006.
2. Bill No.301, dt.1.2.2006, received from Sri A.Shiva Kumar, News
Paper & Milk Suppliers H.No.8-2-612/75/F/143 , Udayanagar Colony,
Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.635/- (Rupees Six Hundred and
Thirty five only) to Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative
Affairs & Justice, Law Department towards the reimbursement of cost of News Papers
and Magazines purchased by him for the month of January, 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052 -
Secretariat General Services -090 -Secretariat ervices -10- Law Department -130 Office
Expenses -132-Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is
requested to issue a cheque in favour of Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to
Government, Legislative Affairs & Justice, Law Department for the above said amount.
