expenditure – Orders – Issued.

1) Note from Asst. Secy. to C.M., Note dated 18.10.2011.
2) Memo.No.33343/OP.VII/2011-1, GA (OP.VII) Deptt., dt.20.10.2011 and
14.11.2011.
3) From the Genl.Supdt., PWD Workshop, Hyderabad Credit Bill dated
29.12.2011.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.24,650/- (Rupees Twenty Four
Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty only) to the General Superintendent, PWD Workshop,
Hyderabad towards the cost of repairs/replacements undertaken to the Govt. Vehicle No. AP
9 AB 3555 being used in C.M. Office.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account
“2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration
Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office vehicles.”
3. The Genl. Admn. (Claims C) Department are requested to draw and credit the
amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the General Superintendent & DDO (I&CAD), PWD
Workshops & Stores, A/C.No.62207994961, SBH, Secretariat Branch, IFSC
Code:SBHY0020077, MICR Code:500004056.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the rules
in vogue.
