Venkateswara Rao, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to conduct regular inquiry into the articles of charge against Dr. B.C.K. Naik, Civil Surgeon. In the reference fourth read above, Sri M. Vara Prasada Rao, Advocate has been appointed as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority before the Inquiring Authority. In the reference 6th read above, orders have been issued reallocated the case to Sri Janak Raj, IPS (Retd.), Commissioner of Inquiries. 2. In the reference 7th read above, the General Administration (COI) Department has informed that consequent on the expiry of term of Sri Janak Raj, IPS (Retd.), Commissioner of Inquiries on 16-09-2011 and the case has been reallocated to Sri K.Pradeep Chandra, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries and requested to issue revised orders reassigning the case. 3 In view of the circumstances reported in the reference 7th read above and in . exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (5) (b) of the Rule, 20 of A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal ) Rules,1991, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri K.Pradeep Chandra, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charge framed against Dr. B.C.K. Naik, Civil Surgeon. 4. The Inquiring Authority is requested to conduct the enquiry as per A.P.Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal ) Rules, 1991 and complete the enquiry within 2 months and submit his report to Government.
