Read. G.O.Rt.No.723, Rev.(Vig.I) Dept., Dt.18.6.2011. ***** ORDER:- In the reference read above, Sri A. Badari Narayana Swamy, Section Officer, Revenue Department was placed under deemed suspension from the date of his detention, with effect from 8.6.2011 for his involvement in a trap case in Crime No. 12/ACB-CR-II/2011, on the allegation of corruption. 2. Government have reviewed the order of suspension of Sri A. Badari Narayana Swamy, Section Officer, Revenue Department in a meeting held on 11.1.2012 and it has been decided to continue the Accused Officer under suspension for a further period of six months beyond 7.12.2011 and until further orders. 3. Accordingly, Government hereby order to extend the suspension of Sri A. Badrai Narayana Swamy, Section Officer, Revenue Department for a further period of six months beyond 7.12.2011 and until further orders. 4. The said individual be paid subsistence allowance along with D.A and other compulsory allowances with immediate effect, as per rules during the period of suspension.
