ORDER:
Sri D. Ronald Rose, IAS, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Indira Kranthi Patham,
Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad, in the reference read above has
requested for sanction of temporary advance of Rs.1,20,000/- from the amount standing
to the credit in his All India Service Provident Fund Account No.752/IAS to meet
expenses in connection with medical treatment towards Ayurvedic Treatment for self
2. Government after careful examination of the request of Sri D.Ronald Rose, IAS,
hereby accord sanction for a temporary advance of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh
twenty thousand only) from the amount standing to the credit in his All India Service
Provident Fund Account No.752/IAS, as a special case.
3. The advance of Rs.1,20,000/- sanctioned to the Member of Service in Para (2)
above shall be recovered in 36 monthly installments, i.e., 1st installment @ Rs.2750/-
and remaining 35 installments @ Rs.3350/- per month under proviso to Rule 11 (1) of All
India Services Provident Fund Rules, 1955. The recovery shall commence from the
following month in which the advance is drawn.
4. The General Administration (Claims.A) Department shall draw the amount
sanctioned in Para (2) above in favour of the member of the Service bank A/C No.
053310100020977, IFSC Code No. ANDB 0000533, Andhra Bank, Saifabad Branch,
Saifabad, Hyderabad.
5. The Drawing Officer, O/o Indira Kranti Patham, Society for Elimination of Rural
Poverty, Hyderabad, is directed to ensure that the recovery of advance are made in
regular installments and see that the same may be projected in the Last Pay Certificate
of the Officer on his transfer.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department vide orders
in force.
