From Reliance bill dated 20.02.2012. ****** ORDER:- In the reference 2nd read above the M/s Reliance communication have furnished the broadband bill on telephone bearing No.9391422856 being used by Sri G. Sudhir, IAS., Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt. Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department at his residence during the period from 20.01.2012 to 19.02.2012 for an amount Rs.824/- (Rupees eight hundred and twenty four only). Hence the P.A. to Spl. Chief Secretary to Government has paid the internet charges and requested for reimbursement. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.824/- (Rupees eight hundred and twenty four only) towards payment of broadband connection charges on telephone bearing No.9391422856 being used by Sri G. Sudhir, Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., of Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat at his residence for the period from 20.01.2012 to 19.02.2012. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above is debited to : “2251-Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 06 – Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department – 130 – Office expenses – 131 – Utility Payments”. 4. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw and credit an amount of Rs Rs.824/- (Rupees eight hundred and twenty four only) to Sri Ch. Srinivas, P.A. to Special Chief Secretary to Government to the A/C No.52088472873, S.B.H., Secretariat, Hyderabad. 5.
