Application from Sri Y.Harinath Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Revenue Department, dt.06.01.2012.. 4. Govt.Memo.No.382/OP.I(2)/2012,Revenue (OP.I)Department, dt.09.01.2012. 5. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyd.,Lr.Rc.No.130/CDS/12, dt.31.01.2012. ******* O R D E R : Sri Y.Harinath Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Revenue Department, in his application 3rd cited has stated that, he has taken treatment for his father at Care Hospitals, Nampally, Hyderabad during the period from 16.10.2011 to 11.11.2011 and incurred an expenditure of Rs.29,755/-. He has furnished all relevant bills and certificates and requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. 2. In the reference 4th read above the Government sent the application and medical bills to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a request to scrutinise the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for reimbursement to the individual. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter 5th read above has stated that the medical bills of Sri Y.Harinath Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Revenue Department, towards his father’s treatment during the period from 16.10.2011 to 11.11.2011 at Care Hospitals, Nampally, Hyderabad have been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules,1972 read with G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:- Total Amount Claimed Rs. 29,755.00 Inadmissible Amount Rs. --- Gross Admissible amount Rs. 29,755.00 Amount limited to ceiling Rs. ----- LESS: 10% cut Admissible Rs. ----- amount in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 Net Admissible Amount Rs. 29,755.00 4. Government after careful examination of the matter sanction is accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 29,755/- (Rupees Twenty nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty five only) to Sri Y.Harinath Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Revenue Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his father’s treatment during the period from 16.10.2011 to 11.11.2011 at Care Hospitals, Nampally, Hyderabad as recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. (P.T.O.)::2:: 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.” 6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules.
