ORDER:
Under Rule 47(3) of A.P. T.A., Rules, Government hereby accord permission
to Smt. C.S. Rama Lakshmi, I.F.S., Commissioner of Sericulture, Hyderabad to
proceed on duty to Bangalore on 27.03.2012 to attend the Restructuring of Silk
Industry Meeting on 27.03.2012 at 11.30 AM at Central Silk Board Office, Bangalore
and to return to Head quarters on 27.03.2012 by Air.
2. Her absence including to and fro journey time shall be treated as on duty
under Rule 9(6) (b) (i) of F.R. and shall be eligible for T.A. and D.A., as per A.P.T.A.,
Rules.
3. The expenditure of the above tour shall be debited to the Head of Account to
which her pay and allowances are being drawn.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance and Planning
(F.W.T.A.) Department as per rules in force.
