Read the following: 1. From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.RKVY (1) 1/2011, dated :06.03.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1056, Fin. (Exp. A & C) Dept., dated : 21.03.2012. -O0O- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read above, has requested the Government to issue BRO and administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,50,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores and Fifty lakhs only ) duly giving necessary Quarterly Regulation orders and Treasury Control Orders as the present release exceeds the Budget Estimates of RKVY under Normal State Plan 2011 – 12 and also permitting the Department of Agriculture for drawing and keeping the amount at the disposal of Nodal Agency, i.e., Director, SAMETI in the P.D. Account No.290 for implementation of a sub scheme of Accelerated Fodder Development Programme (AFDP) under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) during 2011 - 12. 2. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Dept, in the reference 2nd read above, have issued B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.5,50,00,000/- (Additional funds) (Rupees Five Crores and Fifty lakhs only ) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by obtaining the Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2011 – 12, for implementation of a sub scheme of Accelerated Fodder Development Programme (AFDP) under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) under the Heads of Account mentioned therein. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,50,00,000/- (Additional funds) (Rupees Five Crores and Fifty lakhs only ) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, released in the reference 2nd read above, duly permitting the Department of Agriculture for drawing and keeping the amount at the disposal of Nodal Agency, i.e., Director, SAMETI in the P.D. Account No.290 for implementation of a sub scheme of Accelerated Fodder Development Programme (AFDP) under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) during 2011-12 under the Heads of Account mentioned therein. 4.
