Letter Rc.No.21/CDS/17 dt.1.2.2012 from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt.Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad. ***** ORDER: In the referenced 4th read above, Omega Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad have submitted Credit Medical Bills for Rs.42,889.26 (Rupees forty two thousand Eight Hundred eighty nine and twenty six paise only) for the Chemotherapy treatment given to Sri P.Sai Babu, Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu) between 25-5-2011 to 30-5-2011 for the disease of “Leiomyo Sarcoma” at their Hospitals and they have requested to pay the said amount. 2. In the reference 5th cited, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad was requested to scrutinize the medical bills submitted by the Omega Hospitals, Banjarahills, Hyderabad 3. In the reference 6th cited, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad has stated that the medical bills of Sri P.Sai Babu, Assistant Draftsman to Government, Law Department towards his Chemotherapy treatment for the disease of Leiomyo Sarcoma during the period from 25-5-2011 to 30-5-2011 at Omega Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad have been scrutinized and offered their remarks as follows: Total Amount Claimed Rs.42,889.26 Inadmissible Amount Rs.---- Admissible amount under consideration Rs. 42,889.26 10% cut on admissible amount ------ Net Admissible amount Rs. 42,889.26/rounded to Rs 42,889/- (Rupees forty two thousand eight hundred and eighty nine only) 4. Sanction is therefore, hereby accorded for payment of Rs.42,889/- (Rupees forty two thousand eight hundred and eighty nine only) to Sri P.Sai Babu, Assistant Draftsman to Government, Law Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad towards medical expenses incurred by the Omega Hospitals for the treatment of Chemotherapy for the disease of “Leiomyo Sarcoma” during the period from 25-5-2011 to 30-5-2011.
