Lr.Rc.No.77/CDS/12,dt.12.01.2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 3rd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of ` 18,388/-(Rupees eighteen thousand three hundred and eighty eight only) to Sri Y.Santhosh Kumar, Section Officer, General Administration Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for self for “4th cycle of Chemotherapy for Carcinoma Esophagus” as in patient on 04.01.2012 at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Panjagutta, Hyderabad as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt.Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 5th read above. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3.
