The Pay and Accounts officer, AP, Hyderabad, after crediting the amount in the P.D. Account No.G.A.49 shall intimate the fact to the Director, MNJIO&RCC, AP, Hyderabad. 3. The a mount deposited in the P.D. account shall be drawn with reference to the need and amount so drawn shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is released. The amount deposited in P.D. Account shall not be drawn for depositing in any bank by any authority. 4. The Director, MNJIO&RCC, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate / Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
